Starr Naturopathy
About me
I’m Lilly — a final-year naturopathy student, a deep listener, and a believer in the body’s wisdom.
Starr Naturopathy was born from the quiet moments — the ones where we finally feel heard, validated, and supported. I’ve walked alongside many women navigating hormonal chaos, gut imbalances, fatigue, and stress that runs deeper than words. My approach is both intuitive and evidence-informed, always meeting you where you're at, never rushing your process.
I don’t expect perfection. Just presence. Just honesty. And a willingness to come back to yourself.
This work is tender, powerful, and rooted in care.
Rooted in care, guided by nature, and shaped by your story.
What I work with
My practice gently supports a range of physical, emotional, and energetic concerns, with a strong focus on:
Hormone health (PCOS, irregular periods, painful cycles, PMS)
Gut issues (bloating, IBS, dysbiosis, skin-gut links)
Nervous system dysregulation (stress, burnout, anxiety)
Skin health (acne, inflammation, post-pill symptoms)
Fertility, menstrual wellbeing & coming off hormonal contraception
Fatigue, sleep struggles, and the feeling of being “off” without answers
Emotional health, low mood, and support for highly sensitive people
I take a whole-person approach — no symptom exists in isolation. Everything is connected, and we work gently to support the root, not just the surface.

Frequently asked questions
-
Naturopathy is a holistic approach to health that supports the body’s natural ability to heal. It combines traditional wisdom with evidence-based practices, using tools like nutrition, herbal medicine, lifestyle guidance, and emotional support to treat the whole person — not just the symptoms.
-
Not at all. Many clients come to maintain their health, improve energy, balance hormones, support their cycle, or simply feel more connected to their body. Prevention and nourishment are just as important as treating symptoms.
-
Initial Consult (90 mins): $20
Return Consults (60 mins): $10
Herbs and nutraceuticals are an additional cost, but I always work within your budget. I’ll never suggest anything unnecessary or outside your means — this is collaborative care, and we find what’s realistic for you.
-
Yes, and I encourage it! Naturopathy works beautifully alongside conventional care. I’m always happy to collaborate with your GP, specialist, or other support team members to ensure you feel safe and supported from all angles.
